Lonvest is a P2P investment platform. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Back Office Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an Operations Back Office Specialist at Lonvest, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our back office operations. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's back-office accounting system, managing documentation from legal and financial sources, maintaining transaction records, and liaising with payment systems and banks to facilitate seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set Up and Maintain Back Office Accounting System:

Implement and maintain an efficient back-office accounting system.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry.

Perform regular reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Documentation Management:

Collaborate with lawyers and financiers to collect and organize necessary legal and financial documentation.

Maintain an organized and secure record-keeping system for all documents.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to document management.
Transaction Record Keeping:

Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed transaction logs and journals.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as needed.
Communication with Payment Systems:
● Establish and maintain effective communication with payment system providers.
● Monitor payment processing activities and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
● Ensure the secure and efficient flow of funds between Lonvest and payment systems.
Communication with Banks:
● Act as a point of contact with banks for transaction-related matters.
● Facilitate fund transfers, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
● Assist in resolving banking-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
● Prior experience in back-office operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Knowledge of P2P lending operations is a plus.
