Alongside our product development, we are also creating a leading data science service to bolster our offerings. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated and innovative QA Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products to our users. The successful candidate will be skilled at developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with various teams to maintain the health of our codebases.

Responsibilities

1.    Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy for new and existing products.
2.    Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
3.    Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
4.    Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
5.    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
6.    Monitor debugging process results.
7.    Work cross-functionally to ensure the overall health of our various codebases, suggesting improvements where needed.
8.    Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
9.    Perform both manual and automated testing.

 

 

 

10.    Participate in sprint planning, providing input on potential risks and necessary test coverage.
11.    Collaborate with data science team to validate their services and models.
12.    Proactively communicate to improve the overall quality of products.

 

Qualifications

1.    Proven work experience as a QA tester or similar role.
2.    Experience in software development and software quality assurance.
3.    Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
4.    Experience with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Playwright, Postman).
5.    Solid understanding of SQL and scripting.
6.    Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
7.    Agile/Scrum development process experience.
8.    Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
